How to Play

Time:  3-10 minutes
Players:  unlimited
Winners:  1

• Give each guest a game sheet.
• Guests race to unscramble pairs.

Guests unscramble famous pairs like "bread and butter". When all guests have completed the game, read the answers as guests score their own game sheet. Each correct unscrambled word or phrase is worth one point. The guest with the most correct answers wins. If there is a tie, draw names to find a winner.

Variations

Fast Pace
Set a timer for 3 minutes and have players stop when the time is up. The player with the most correct answers is the winner.

Last Player Standing
Pick up the pace! Starting with the first scramble, yell "Unscramble!" and give players 15 seconds to solve it. At the end of 15 seconds, yell, "Stop!" All players who solved the scramble are qualified to move onto the next round. Any player who did not complete the scramble is out. (Or…allow them to continue for the fun of it, but they won't be in competition for the prize.) Continue on with this same procedure until there is only one player left - the winner!
