What would Christmas be without toys? Here's a trivia game that challenges players to sort famous toys by the decade in which they first showed up at the North Pole and under the tree.

How to Play

Time:   10-12 minutes
Players:   unlimited
Winners:   1

• Give each guest a game sheet.
• Players race to fill in the games that go with each decade.

Players write the name of the toy or game under the decade it was introduced into the market. When all players have completed the game sheet, read the answers as players score their own game sheet. Each correct answer is worth one point. The player with the most correct answers wins. If there is a tie, draw names to find a winner.

Variations

Mixed Ages Teams
Split players into teams by varying the ages within each team. Each team then competes to match the toys to the decade they were introduced. When teams have completed the game, read the answers as they score their own game sheet. The team with the most correct answers wins. You'll need more prizes, but it's worth it to see Grandma schooling little Johnny - or - Oh, Snap! Little Johnny schooling Grandma!
